Plex not fetching any metadata Help Hi all, trying to get my Plex media server set up and, while the movie files show up correctly, no matter what I do Plex wont download any of the metadata (incl posters, ratings, cast, plot etc), even though the file is matched to the correct movie. This means it provides the best experience, with support for 4K Ultra HD resolution, hardware acceleration for the top media codecs, and a snappy 10-foot user interface. Playing the movies on my windows computer via VLC /win media player have no issues. The movie starts playing and after couple of minutes gets stuck with the loading/busy sign and does not resume.
